Elderberry Syrup Instructions: Crock Pot

Empty Elderberry Herbal Mixture into the bag provided. Tie bag tightly with the string provided and place in a crock pot with 4 1/2 cups of water.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Allow to cool slightly, squeeze the bag allowing all of the incredible nutrients to flow into the liquid. Add raw honey to taste 4tbs to 1/2 cup.
Makes approximately 28-32 ounces. Depends on the amount of honey you add. Refrigerate up to 4 weeks

Empty Elderberry Herbal Mixture into the bag provided. Tie bag tightly with the string provided and place in a pot with 4 cups of water and cover until it boils.
Once boiled lower the temperature and simmer for 45 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, squeeze the bag allowing all of the incredible nutrients to flow into the liquid.
Add raw honey to taste 4tbs to 1/2 cup. Makes approximately 28-32 ounces. Depends on the amount of honey you add. Refrigerate for up to 4 weeks.
